Palm Lakes Village POA

Palm Lakes Village consists of 223 single family homes.  We have two ponds within our boundary used for water retention within the community.  Even though we are a more established community, tucked away within Palm Bay, outsiders always marvel at our common areas, ponds, oak hammocks, and the general tranquility that they feel when they visit our area. 

Our community borders I-95 for those interested in a more speedy commute to their place of employment.  We are located close to major shopping, schools, restaurants, hotels, emergency clinics and a hospital, fire department and just about everything else that you would be interested in knowing about.
